Flamenco Vivo Studios are available for rent to flamenco artists as well as other dancers, theater and music groups for both classes and rehearsals. Please note that these studios are primarily used by the percussive dance community and those wearing hard sole shoes and may not suit renters who work barefoot or in soft shoes. Renters are welcome to visit the space before making a booking.

Peak Hours
- Monday–Friday 5pm-9:30pm $40/hr
Off-Peak Hours
- Monday–Friday 8am-5pm: $25/hr
Weekend Hours
- Saturdays 8am-9:30pm $40/hr
- Sundays 8am-5:30pm: $40/hr

$10/HR SUBSIDIZED NYSCA REHEARSAL RATE
NYSCA Hours are available for all Off-Peak and Weekend Rehearsals beginning January 1st, 2025.
The discounted $10/hr rate is only available for rehearsals, not for teaching classes, private lessons or in-studio performances. The hours are distributed on a “first-come, first-served” (meaning paid) basis. We cannot guarantee how long these hours will be available, but we will alert you before the NYSCA limit has been reached & thus discounted hours no longer remain. The NYSCA grant we received to subsidize this discounted rate limits us to offering 1,750 hours per calendar year (January-December) & limits each artist/company to renting 175 hours maximum.
